Well its been only a week since I posted in Getting Free Wood Chips and Logs that I was splurging $20 in the hopes of getting mulch for my flower beds. Well, yesterday, I received a nice load of hardwood chips from the same place that delivered me a bunch of smaller logs at the beginning of August, which I plan on using for a hügelkultur later this fall. I would guess this is about 5-10 yards of wood chips with it likely closer to the 10 yards side of the range. Chip Drop has been great since I finally got it working for me. I’m hoping to get one more load of logs and one more of wood chips before the year is over and that doesn’t seem like it will be an issue at this point.
